Real estate Germany and Berlin

The real estate industry and real estate prices in Germany are developing smoothly and steadily. The development of the real estate market in Germany in 2012 shows a significant plus, which is found neither in

the neighboring European countries nor in other countries in the world. By government subsidies, such as for house building or residential "Riester", which one can get for the formation of home ownership as an indirect pension, the real estate market in Germany is supported additionally.

In general, an interesting trend can be seen in the real estate market development for Germany in 2012. On the one hand, favorable single-family homes in the rural areas in the immediate vicinity of large cities are in high demand and on the other hand the prices in the big cities continue to steadily increase. Whoever wants to gain profit out of the real estate market in Germany should therefore intensively study the different locations and their pricing structure - and over and above all should not wait in order to get in the possession of favorable, lucrative residential real estate.

This applies in particular to Berlin, where the sale of affordable, high quality apartments in the new trendy neighborhoods has started. For 2012, the journal Capital created a map of the property prices in Berlin - where the direct comparison with the previous year is possible.
